Automatic notification
The assigned host is informed automatically at check-in. Searching and follow-up calls at reception are no longer needed.
Matching vehicle and delivery
The driver records licence plate and delivery number themselves. Shipping and the warehouse can see without asking which vehicle belongs to which delivery.
A single, shared status
Reception, warehouse, logistics and the gate work from the same live list. Phone chains and verbal coordination are no longer needed.

Info screen for reception, the gate and internal areas
At reception and the gate, the info screen shows welcome messages, safety notices, company announcements and corporate films. In internal areas such as the warehouse or shipping, it keeps employees informed, for example with company announcements or an overview of everyone on site. Design and content follow your company’s corporate design.

With the print add-on, GateSign creates a visitor badge at every check-in, with day number, name and host.

Pricing
GateSign is licensed per site. A site is one set of premises (plant, warehouse, quarry, etc.). Two plans for a single site, an individual quote for several.

Site — one set of premises. Each additional site is its own quote.

When is it Enterprise? As soon as you need a second site or a fourth check-in terminal. Either threshold is enough.

Frequently asked
Yes. GateSign runs in the browser on any modern tablet, on an iPad (iOS) as well as on Android. No installation and no app-store download is required. Matching terminals, mounts and printers are available as optional accessories.
Usually within 30 minutes. You set up your rules, the layout and briefings once, place a tablet at the entrance and can start after a short introduction.
No. Visitors and drivers check themselves in at the terminal. The relevant host is notified automatically. No additional staff are required at the entrance.
Yes. You define the logo, the welcome message and the safety rules yourself, separately for visitors, drivers and contractors. You can also upload your own instruction as a PDF.
Yes. The dashboard lists everyone who is checked in, with the time they arrived. During an evacuation this list serves as the roll call; it can be exported as Excel or CSV.
GateSign closes open visitor cards overnight so that no day number is issued twice. With fast check-in a journey ends after a configurable period, set to 12 hours by default.
GateSign captures a simple electronic signature that is sufficient for documenting the safety briefing under Section 12 of the German Workplace Safety Act (ArbSchG) as well as for internal reception and access records.
Check-ins are deleted automatically after 24 months, pre-registered visitor groups 90 days after the visit. Processing takes place in European server regions; a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is included.
